If you prefer, as an alternative to ladyfingers, you can use other biscuits, such as Pavesini, or even sponge cake; for the syrup you can only use coffee, eliminating the coconut milk.

Preparing coconut tiramisu: cooking ideas for very quick desserts

  1. Start by whipping the mascarpone together with the sugar and coconut flour with an electric whisk.
  2. Then proceed to whip the cream, again with an electric whisk, and incorporate it into the mascarpone with a spatula, being careful not to dismantle it.
  3. At this point prepare the coffee, place it to cool on a plate and add the coconut milk.
  4. Dip the ladyfingers in milk and coffee, place them on the bottom of a baking dish, then cover with a first layer of coconut cream. Continue in this way, alternating layers of ladyfingers and cream until you run out of ingredients.
  5. Finish the last layer with the cream and sprinkle the surface with bitter cocoa powder or more coconut flour.
  6. Transfer the tiramisu to the refrigerator and let it rest for two hours . Enjoy your meal!
