The lemon cream is a quick and easy recipe to make. All for a one-of-a-kind dessert.
Making a lemon creamy means giving life to an infinitely sweet and enveloping spoon dessert. The ideal choice for the hottest days or when you simply want something voluptuous that gives a pleasant sense of freshness at the same time. A preparation that, among other things, is done in 10 minutes , offering the possibility of having a delicious dessert without having to waste too much time in the kitchen.
This creamy lemon dessert is perfect both at the end of a meal and for a pleasant snack to enjoy, either alone or with friends or any guests you want to surprise with something simple.
Preparation of the lemon cream recipe
- Start preparing this dessert by carefully washing the lemons, grating the zest (to put it aside) and obtaining the juice.
- Take a large bowl and mix together the mascarpone with the icing sugar to obtain a very smooth cream.
- Add the filtered lemon juice (in this way you will avoid seeds and residues) and the zest previously set aside.
- Keep mixing everything until the juice is completely absorbed. The cream should appear quite thick. If this does not happen, you can add another spoonful of mascarpone.
- In another large bowl, whip the cold cream from the fridge until stiff and when it becomes very thick, add it to the mascarpone and lemon cream. Make light movements that go from the bottom up. This will prevent the cream from deflating.
- Your lemon custard with whipped cream is finally ready. Divide it into four glasses and keep it in the refrigerator until you decide to serve or enjoy it.
This fresh lemon dessert can be stored in the fridge for 1 or 2 days . To do this, you can cover the glasses with cling film. If, on the other hand, you have prepared more than necessary, you can put it in an airtight container to always keep in the refrigerator.
