How to prepare the sugar-free apple pie recipe
- First, peel the apples and remove the core. Then cut them into pieces and put them in a bowl where you will season them with lemon juice to prevent them from blackening.
- Separately, in another bowl, whisk the eggs with the oil and apple juice. Help yourself with electric whisks to make it easier. Then add the flour, baking powder and lemon zest as well as a pinch of salt.
- Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, add the apples, mixing with a spatula from bottom to top.
- Pour everything into a 22cm diameter pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes until it is cooked through with a toothpick test.
Serve it once it has cooled completely and if you can resist the temptation to dust it with icing sugar! Don't miss all our apple pie recipes , you will surely find the one that's right for you.
The apple pie can be kept under a cake tin, out of the refrigerator, for 3-4 days .
