The delicious morsels live up to what their name promises, and are incredibly ready to be enjoyed in just ten minutes.
Delicious morsels are, perhaps, the fastest appetizer you can imagine. You can prepare them a little in advance, and also serve them immediately after the guests have crossed the door of your home. They are perfect for a finger food dinner , for a party or for an aperitif. Cherry tomatoes are the very small ones, if you find the larger ones on the market, you have to cut them to size using half or a quarter for each morsel.
If you are unable to stop the morsel, which could be disassembled when lifting it, you can add to the base of the bread (preferably a slice of baguette) toasted in the oven at 180 ° C for three minutes, and that’s it!
Preparation of delicious morsels with salami and cherry tomatoes
- To prepare these delicious morsels you need to use some toothpicks . If you want something more original and elegant, mini skewers and special decorated or colored toothpicks are often available in specialized shops to use at parties and finger food dinners. They can be made of plastic or wood.
- Stick the cherry in the toothpick, being careful to center it perfectly.
- Under the mini skewer, add half a slice of Milano salami and a leaf of lettuce.
- Close at the top with the olive and, at the base, cut the baguette into slices and toast it for 3-4 minutes in the oven before using it to complete the delicious finger food.

Since there is fresh tomato, we recommend consuming the antipasto immediately, or at most a few hours after having prepared it. Before serving, leave it in the fridge, covered with cling film.
