  • Artichokes : perfect for eliminating liver toxins, they are rich in water and antioxidants. Artichokes can be consumed in many ways without losing their detox function.
  • Cabbages : whether it's broccoli, cauliflower or other foods belonging to the cruciferous category, thanks to the high content of mineral salts and water they help fight water retention. The supply of fibers, on the other hand, regulates intestinal transit. The important thing is not to overcook.
  • Asparagus : thanks to the presence of asparagine they are a powerful natural diuretic. There are also vitamins and mineral salts, essential for the health of the organism, and significantly present in asparagus .
  • Carrots : Sweet but with very few calories, carrots can be eaten as a snack between meals. Also friends of the liver, they help the process of eliminating toxins and promote a sense of satiety.
  • Apples : rich in water, satiating and useful for controlling cholesterol thanks to the presence of pectin, apples cannot be missing from a detox diet and are excellent to add to salads to give a pleasant crunchy note.
  • Pomegranate : a real concentrate of properties, the pomegranate has recently been the focus of many studies that aim to certify its antioxidant, moisturizing and antibacterial properties. Its grains, added to detox salads, give a pleasant flavor note.
  • Pineapple : known above all for its diuretic properties, pineapple is a concentrate of vitamin C and mineral salts. Excellent as a hunger breaker thanks to the high water and fiber content, if taken at the end of a meal it helps metabolize calories.

We also used mayonnaise in the recipe to give the dish a little extra flavor, but if you want to keep the calorie intake low, we recommend omitting it. To prepare this dish, arrange the washed salad on the bottom of a bowl, distribute the diced apple, sliced ​​celery and rehydrated berries. Season with oil, salt and lemon juice and you're done.

This dish does not hide difficulties, especially if you decide to use canned chickpeas: rinse them well then distribute them on the well-washed baby spinach. Complete with julienned carrots, diced tomatoes, sliced ​​purple cabbage and a dressing based on oil, mustard, vinegar and salt.
