How to make fried dough recipe in air fryer

  1. First, cook the short pasta of your choice for one minute more than indicated on the package. Our advice is to use tortiglioni or penne.
  2. Once ready, drain and cool it under running water.
  3. Dab it with kitchen paper to remove a little excess water and season it first with the oil and then with the chosen spices. We used smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder and a pinch of salt.
  4. After mixing everything, transfer the dough to the basket of the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 10 minutes , stirring often. Before you taste it, let it cool down.

The fried dough can be kept for 2-3 days in an airtight container away from sources of humidity.
