How to prepare the recipe for Garibaldi style eggs

  1. First, heat a round of oil in a non-stick pan. Add a clove of garlic and the tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. You can also add chilli pepper if you like.
  2. Then divide the egg white from the yolk, taking care not to break the latter .
  3. Add the egg whites to the tomato and mix until they begin to thicken.
  4. Make 4 wells in the sauce and delicately place the egg yolk. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes then serve hot.
