  1. To begin, wash the green beans and remove the two ends . Then, boil them in a pan with plenty of boiling salted water for 10 minutes .
  2. In the meantime, wash the anchovies under running water to desalt them; then fillet them.
  3. Before cooking, chop the garlic and the parsley.
  4. Take a pan and pour in the olive oil and heat it a little over a moderate heat.
  5. Add the garlic and parsley and immediately the anchovies.
  6. Let fry for 5 minutes.
  7. When the green beans are cooked, drain them. Then, add them to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
