Leaving aside the due precautions, ginger and lemon are the perfect choice if inside a herbal tea. To make it, just put the two ingredients in infusion in hot but not boiling water. The advice, in order to keep this drink healthy, is not to use sugar. If it is too bitter, the herbal tea can be sweetened with a pinch of honey. The result will be more than pleasant and you will be able to enjoy all the benefits without any health risks.
