To make this recipe gluten-free we used gluten-free biscuits. If you also have other intolerances such as lactose and eggs, always make sure that the biscuits do not contain them. Preparation of the gluten-free chocolate salami recipe

  1. To prepare gluten-free chocolate salami, first you need to melt the dark chocolate and butter. Place them together in a steel bowl and melt them slowly in a bain-marie. It is not recommended to melt them in the microwave because the chocolate could burn .
  2. In a bowl, coarsely crumble the gluten free biscuits.
  3. Also add the cocoa powder and sugar and start mixing.
  4. Add the butter and the now warmed melted chocolate to your mixture.
  5. Finally, add the milk little by little . If the mixture is too dry, add another spoonful of milk.
  6. Pour the mixture onto a sheet of baking paper and try to shape it into a cylinder.
  7. Roll the salami with baking paper and close it as if it were a candy.
  8. Cover it again with a sheet of aluminum foil and let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours . Then it is ready to be served and cut into slices.

For the gluten- and lactose-free chocolate salami version, replace the cow's milk with the vegetable milk you prefer. However, for the lactose-free and egg-free version, remember to use biscuits that do not contain these ingredients. If you don't have any particular intolerances you can always try the classic version of the chocolate dessert

You can store the gluten-free chocolate salami in the refrigerator, wrapped in a sheet of baking paper, for 3 days .
