Preparation of gluten-free nutellotti recipe
- Take a bowl and vigorously mix 170 g of Nutella with the egg. Then add the sifted flour and continue mixing.
- Knead with your hands until you create a smooth and homogeneous dough. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour .
- After the time has elapsed, take the dough and with a little dough at a time create balls with your hands.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet with parchment paper and form a cavity in the center with your finger.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes .
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before filling your cookies with the remaining 100 g of Nutella.
You can also fill the nutellotti with white cream or pistachio cream and garnish further with chopped pistachios, sugar, hazelnuts or a single whole hazelnut. Get creative!
