Preparation of gluten-free pear and chocolate cake recipe

  1. Wash, peel and cut the pear into slices that are not too thin. Put it in a bowl with lemon juice and a teaspoon of sugar, mix and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the sifted cocoa.
  3. Add corn starch, potato starch, flour and yeast separately and sift them too.
  4. Add the milk to the eggs, alternating with the flour mix.
  5. Gradually pour the oil while continuing to beat.
  6. Take a baking tray and lightly grease it with oil and then pour a part of the mixture.
  7. Drain the pears from the lemon juice and place them in the mixture poured into the pan.
  8. Cover the pears with the rest of the mixture and cook in a convection oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes .
  9. Leave to cool in the slightly open oven. Then remove from the oven completely and when it has cooled, decorate your soft gluten-free pear and chocolate cake with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
