How to make gorgonzola and pear savory pie

  1. First, take the roll of gluten-free puff pastry and unroll it well.
  2. Then line a baking tray with baking paper and place it on top, folding the edges over themselves and piercing the base with a fork.
  3. Take the pears and wash them under running water, then without removing the peel, cut them into thin slices and leave them immersed in water and lemon, so as not to oxidize them.
  4. Take the gorgonzola and mix it in a bowl with the grated cheese and the diced taleggio.
  5. Fill the base of the puff pastry with the cheese mix and once you have created a base, arrange the pear slices on top.
  6. Finish with a pinch of salt, a grind of pepper and some rosemary for flavour .
  7. Cook the pear and cheese cake in the oven for about twenty minutes at 200°C.
  8. When it is nice and golden on the surface, remove it from the oven and let it cool before serving.

Serve the pear and cheese cake while still hot. Enjoy your meal!
