Preparation of gluten-free baked tomatoes

  1. First, wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. With the help of a teaspoon or a corer, empty the tomatoes , pass the pulp through a sieve to separate it from the seeds.
  2. Add the breadcrumbs, peeled and grated garlic, salt, pepper and chopped parsley to the pulp. Mix well and also add a little oil to soften the mix of bread and herbs.
  3. Stuff the tomatoes with the filling thus prepared and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes .

Storage Tips: Gratin sliced ​​tomatoes prepared following this recipe can be stored in the refrigerator covered with cling film or in an airtight container for 1-2 days. Freezing is not recommended.
