fried green beans

Also suitable for those who follow a vegan diet, fried green beans are a crunchy and tasty side dish that is simple to prepare.

It's true, since it's fried food, calling it healthy might seem counterintuitive but our fried green beans are certainly much healthier than many other packaged products. Excellent as an alternative to chips , they are perfect both as a side dish and as a finger food appetizer . To prepare them you will have to use fresh green beans: frozen and canned ones are really not suitable for this recipe.

The beauty of this tasty snack is that it is also suitable for vegetarians or vegans . The batter used for frying is in fact based on water and flour, while for the actual breading a little grated bread will be enough. Have we intrigued you?

  3. Dip the green beans a few at a time then, using a fork or kitchen tongs, recover them and pass them in the breadcrumbs . As they are ready, place them on a plate.
