There is nothing more wintry than the combination of orange and cinnamon, the main ingredients of orange cake, today's very soft and truly simple dessert. This cake is perfect to serve both for breakfast with milk and coffee and for an afternoon snack with tea or hot chocolate. Definitely a valid alternative to packaged snacks !

Preparation of the soft orange and cinnamon cake
To prepare this recipe we recommend using fresh orange juice. To obtain the quantity indicated in the doses you will need approximately three.
- First of all, shell the eggs in a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, add the sugar and start mixing until you obtain a light and creamy mixture .
- Add the seed oil, the orange zest and, continuing to work, add the orange juice a little at a time, alternating it with the flour.
- Also add the baking powder and cinnamon powder then pour the resulting mixture into a cake pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C and cook for 40 minutes .
- Before removing the cake from the oven, carry out the classic toothpick test: if it comes out dry, the cake is cooked and you can remove it from the oven. Let cool completely before serving.
