The only thing you have to take into consideration is that it tends to oxidize rather quickly so remember to always add lemon juice or, as in our case, lime.
In no time at all, your detox juice is ready to be enjoyed. Do not be frightened by the presence of celery , perhaps among the least loved ingredients, because all the flavors in the end blend perfectly. How to prepare the recipe for smoothie with avocado
- First, divide the avocado in half and remove the stone. Then, using a spoon, scoop out all the pulp and set it aside.
- Wash the celery stalk and remove the toughest final part then cut it into 3 pieces.
- Peel the lime.
- At this point, start the machine and insert the fruit and vegetables, pressing well with the pestle provided.
