4. Bake them at 200°C for 20 minutes , turning them only for the last 5 minutes. Serve them hot or at room temperature, accompanying them with some sauce as desired.

You can also prepare mashed potatoes in the oven . It will be sufficient to increase the cooking times until they are golden and crispy.

The mashed potatoes will keep for 2-3 days in the refrigerator , covered in plastic wrap. We recommend reheating them in an air fryer before enjoying them.
