How to prepare milk chocolate cake recipe

  1. First, break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and mix with an electric whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  2. Then pour in the milk slowly.
  3. Separately, melt the milk chocolate cut into pieces in a bain-marie in a saucepan or in the microwave, then add it to the previous mixture.
  4. Now all that remains is to add the last ingredients: first sifted flour , yeast , then the melted butter brought to room temperature and 1 pinch of salt.
  5. Mix everything well to avoid lumps forming, then pour the mixture into a 22 cm diameter springform pan lined with baking paper.
  6. Cook at 180°C for 40-45 minutes, testing with a toothpick before removing from the oven: if inserted into the center of the cake it must come out completely dry.
  7. Serve the milk chocolate cake once it has completely cooled.

storage

The milk chocolate cake can be kept under a cake tin for 3-4 days , as soft as if it had just been made.
