How to prepare Nutella ice cream with an ice cream maker

  1. Pour the Nutella , the condensed milk and the vanilla extract into a bowl and mix well until you get a smooth cream. If the compound turns out to be too pasty don't worry, the next step will fix everything.
  2. Whip the cold cream from the refrigerator with an electric whisk.
  3. Incorporate it into the Nutella making delicate movements from bottom to top to avoid excessively disassembling the mixture.
  4. Pour the cream into the ice cream maker and operate it for a time in accordance with the instructions of the appliance. It usually takes about 20 minutes to get ice cream of the right consistency. Also remember that if you have a storage ice cream maker you will have to place the basket in the freezer in good time.

How to make Nutella ice cream without an ice cream maker

  1. Again mix Nutella , condensed milk and vanilla until you get a paste.
