How to cook swordfish in a pan in white

  1. Pan-fried fish is very simple: put a clove of garlic with some herbs (stalks of parsley and thyme) in the pan, then drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and heat it up .
  2. At this point insert the fish and brown it on both sides, then pour in the white wine and let it evaporate . Once the alcohol has evaporated, add the chopped parsley, white pepper and salt.
  3. Be careful not to overcook the fish: even 5 minutes will be enough if the slice isn't too big, but decide for yourself: in general, swordfish must be well cooked, but don't overcook it!
  4. If you want an even tastier fish, you can marinate it for about twenty minutes with lemon , oil, peppercorns, parsley stalks and salt.
