How to make pasta with swordfish and cherry tomatoes

  1. To prepare this dish of delicious spaghetti with fish, start with the preparation of the fish sauce: cut the swordfish steak into cubes, rinse the tomatoes and cut them in half .
  2. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, brown the garlic for a couple of minutes then remove the wedges and add the swordfish.

To stay close to the Sicilian tradition, therefore, you can add anchovy fillets to dissolve in extra virgin olive oil with a clove of garlic, capers and olives, of the kind you like best. Also some red onion will give a crazy flavor note, and don’t forget the chilli!
