Preparing the recipe for pea omelette

  1. First, take a pan and slowly pour in 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Chop the onion and place it in the pan, then sauté it over a low heat.
  3. Add the peas, then season with a quantity of salt to taste.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, stirring often. Once finished, turn off and let cool.
  5. Get a large bowl and shell the eggs inside, then beat them with a hand whisk.
  6. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then add the grated cheese.
  7. Add the peas to the mixture and mix to combine everything.
  8. At this point, take a pan and grease it with a little oil. Pour the mixture inside and cook for about 5 minutes .
  9. When one side is cooked, you can turn it using a lid; then, cook the other side too.
