Preparing the recipe for the pepper omelet in the air fryer

  1. The first thing to do is wash the peppers.
  2. Then, clean them, cutting them in two and eliminating the two ends; therefore, you can empty the inside of the filaments and seeds.
  3. Cut the pepper pulp into very thin strips .
  4. Put the pieces in the fryer basket, previously greased with a light drizzle of oil.
  5. Roast them at 180°C for 10 minutes .
  6. Next, shell the eggs into a bowl and beat them.
  7. Then, add the roasted peppers, grated cheese and salt. Ultimate with the milk and mix everything.
  8. Pour the mixture into a mold with a non-stick base, the size suitable for the fryer basket.
  9. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes . When finished, you can serve it.
