Preparation of sweet pumpkin muffins
1. First clean the pumpkin thoroughly then cut the pulp into cubes, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes .
2. When cooked, remove from the oven, let it cool then blend with the help of the mixer.
