How to prepare the sandy courgettes recipe

  1. First wash the courgettes and remove the ends.
  2. Then cut them into quarters lengthwise and cut them into sticks of about 5 centimetres.
  3. Season them with a spoonful of oil, a pinch of salt and mix, then add the breadcrumbs. If you want, you can add pepper, paprika, dried aromatic herbs or a spoonful of parmesan together with the bread. Then mix everything well to cover the courgettes.
  4. Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook at 200°C for 20 minutes . Serve them hot.

The sandy courgettes in the air fryer cook at 180°C for 15 minutes .

Pan-fried sandy courgettes

To prepare the sandy courgettes in the pan , cook them with a drizzle of oil in the pan, without putting the lid on, until they are tender but still firm. It will take about ten minutes.
