How to prepare sausage and peppers recipe

  1. As always, the first thing to do is wash the peppers and clean them of seeds and internal white films. Once this is done, reduce them into cubes of about 1.5 cm on each side and transfer them to the pan together with the oil and garlic clove. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the sausage into pieces of about 3-4 cm.
  3. Temporarily move the peppers onto a plate and in the same pan, without adding seasoning, brown the sausages for about ten minutes. Add the peppers again and continue cooking the two ingredients together for 10 minutes. Flavor with knife-chopped rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
