How to prepare the recipe for gluten-free savory pancakes

  1. First, combine the eggs, milk and vegetable oil in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  2. Then pour in the rice flour, starch and yeast (you can also sift them if you like), mix everything well and only lastly add the salt.
  3. Grease a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and once hot, drop in ladles of batter , well spaced from each other. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface then turn them over and continue cooking on the other side for a couple of minutes.
