Preparing the recipe for stuffed tomatoes in the air fryer

  1. First, take some ripe and large enough tomatoes. Wash them under running water and dry them with paper towels.
  2. Cut off the top part ; you can decide whether to keep it, to cover the tomatoes, or discard it.
  3. Using a spoon, remove all the internal pulp , to put it in a bowl, or in the bowl of the mixer.
  4. Be careful not to break the external structure as well, which you must temporarily set aside.
