How to make the perfect pork rib marinade

To marinate ribs, first of all you need to choose a quality cut of meat , better if whole, and portion it only after cooking.

  1. Once this is done, it is necessary to proceed with the preparation of the marinade for ribs, respecting the proportions between fatty ingredients , acidic ingredients and spices.
  2. All three of these components (the doses of which we will see below) must be present to obtain a perfect marinade. This will then be distributed over the meat, massaging it well for a few minutes so that all the aromas penetrate inside.
  3. Now all that remains is to transfer the meat into a container, preferably glass, cover with a lid or plastic wrap and place everything in the refrigerator . The marinating time for the ribs ranges from a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 4.
  4. Once this first phase is finished, you can proceed with cooking . It is possible to prepare the ribs in the oven , cooking them at 180°C for 30-40 minutes and turning them often.

Alternatively, the ribs in a pan cook for about an hour on a low flame and covered pan, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. In the barbecue , on the other hand, they will cook in 20-25 minutes but it is very important to turn them at least 2-3 times to prevent them from burning.
