How to prepare the recipe for tomatoes au gratin in the air fryer

  1. First, wash the tomatoes thoroughly. You will then have to cut them into slices if they are rather large (such as ox heart or bunch) or in half for the smaller varieties. In both cases we advise you to remove at least part of the seeds so as to obtain a greater crunchiness. Once this is done, lightly salt them.
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, the Parmesan, the chopped parsley and garlic, a pinch of salt and the oil until you get a mixture similar to wet sand.
  3. Place the tomatoes in the basket of the air fryer and distribute the mixture obtained, pressing lightly.
  4. Then cook them at 200°C for 10 minutes . The choice is yours whether to enjoy them at room temperature or while they are still hot.
