For best results, it is recommended to repeat the compress 2 times a month for an unlimited amount of time.

– Mask with honey and oats : ideal for scalp irritations and for eliminating dandruff. Let's get 30 g of oat powder and mix it with 3 tablespoons of honey. Apply the compress and let it act for 50 minutes. At this point we carry out a common wash and we will obtain surprising soothing benefits with a significant reduction in dandruff.

Masks of honey and products of animal origin

There are masks that can also be made by combining products of animal origin with honey. Also in this case the results are truly remarkable.

– Mask with honey and egg : suitable for those who want to restore softness and natural shine to their hair. The nutritional properties of the egg combined with honey will provide the hair with important vitamin properties and mineral salts. We combine an egg with 4 tablespoons of honey and apply the result on the hair for 30 minutes. Finally we rinse. To counteract the falling process we can add a squeezed lemon . Vitamin C will stimulate cell regeneration .

– Mask with honey and milk : highly recommended for treating hair by speeding up and reinvigorating growth. 5 tablespoons of honey and a cup of milk will be enough to mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After application we will leave the compress to act for 15 minutes. Once rinsed, the hair will be vital, shiny and strengthened thanks to the nutrients of the honey and the proteins of the milk.

These are obviously just some of the many possibilities that can be obtained using honey for hair care. Already by themselves, however, they contribute to making the hair much healthier, thicker, softer and shinier.
