Preparing tricolor spaghetti with mozzarella, sautéed cherry tomatoes and fresh basil is really simple. This first course is undoubtedly suitable for those who really don't want to give up a nice plate of pasta, even during the summer season. If you look at it carefully, this condiment is the perfect synthesis of the Italian tricolor (green, white and red of our flag are represented by basil, cheese and tomato) giving life to an ideal dish for Republic Day . Preparation of spaghetti with stracciatella, basil and cherry tomatoes

  1. First, place a large pot of water on the heat, bring to the boil , salt the water and cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.
  2. Take another large pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil on the bottom, add the peeled garlic and put on the heat. Fry over medium heat for a few minutes.
  3. In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes and dry them.
  4. Also pour the cherry tomatoes into the pan and sauté with the garlic for 8-10 minutes, season with salt, turn off the heat and set aside.
  5. Drain the pasta – which will be cooked in the meantime – directly into the pan and quickly toss in the pan with the cherry tomatoes and serve.
  6. Serve and finish by decorating as desired with mozzarella flakes and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy your meal!
