How to prepare the recipe for baked zucchini with mozzarella

  1. To prepare zucchini and mozzarella au gratin in the oven, start by washing the zucchini , depriving them of the ends and first cutting them into four lengthwise and then into chunks .
  2. Transfer them to an oiled baking dish and season them in turn with more oil, a pinch of salt, one of pepper and a sprinkling of dried oregano. Stir with a spoon to distribute all the flavors.
  3. Then drain the mozzarella, also cut it into cubes and dab it with kitchen paper. Spread it over the courgettes.
  4. Complete with a sprinkling of breadcrumbs, a sprinkling of Parmesan and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes , passing them on the grill for the last 5 minutes. Serve your zucchini au gratin piping hot.

In a similar way you can prepare excellent baked zucchini with mozzarella and ham and cooked. All you have to do is add 150 g of diced cooked ham together with the mozzarella and then proceed as per the recipe.
